Cairn is our new, absolutely perfect, luxurious, rental home at Tetherow in Bend, Oregon. If you're expecting only the best, then this house will not disappoint. This 5 bed, 5 Bath, super modern home has plenty of room for the whole family. Situated among elegant and earthy surroundings, you are only a ten minute drive to downtown Bend, and 20 minutes to Mt Bachelor Resort. Enjoy Central Oregon's clear, starry nights in the private hot tub, or around the fire pit on the back patio.

*Please note, this home does not have access to Tetherow amenities*
*Pets are allowed*
We allow pets at pet friendly homes only with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they are crated/kenneled.

All bedrooms have ensuite restrooms:

Bedroom 2: Queen Sleeper Sofa & Desk - upstairs

Had a great stay at this house. It's right on the Tetherow Resort property along with the other homes being rented out directly by the Resort. As expected, there is then no access to the Resort amenities but we never found this to be a disadvantage since everything we needed was right at the house. The homes was comfortable, and exactly as described. Great stay!

Our overall stay was amazing and we loved the house. It was perfect for our family and very spacious. It was great for large gatherings and very comfortable. The neighborhood was great, an easy walk to "The Row" restaurant @ the club house. Fantastic food and great service. The only mishap we had was finding the lock box.

We love the Tetherow properties and had stayed on the same street previously. This unit was great, with furnishings that were a bright punch of happiness! We particularly loved the dining table and chairs, which were delightful and comfortable. The house was spotless, and the Arrived team was very responsive. The kitchen was also fully stocked with great knives (very unusual in rentals), tons of small kitchen appliances like blenders and food processors, and excellent mixing/serving bowls. That was huge! Our only minor complaint was that the pantry was locked, so we needed to store our colossal grocery purchases in their bags in the very convenient small room off the kitchen. Arrived has offered to fix that problem if we return, so they get points. Overall, it was a fantastic stay - you can't go wrong with it.

We had a great experience and the house was very spacious for our large family. The kitchen was well equipped and had spices, coffee and tea available. The furniture was comfy and the decor was fun, we were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and had plenty of room for several impromptu dance parties!! The location was easy to get downtown but on the edge of town and the deck had a partial view of the mountains. The only downside were the pans in the kitchen are at the end of their lifespan and the locks on the house are a little challenging, so don’t wait to try and lock the house for the first time as your Uber driver is three minutes away!!! So if you love lots of windows, room and light this house is perfect for you!!

This house was perfect for 4 couples! There was enough space for everyone, we were able to get together in one area as well as spread out and have some privacy. The kitchen had all the tools you could think of! Definitely recommend staying here.

We were switched into this property from our original choice, where we expected to accommodate a party of 12 (plus one child, whom we planned to have sleep on a sofa). Because this property has beds for just 10, 2 of our party had to go to a hotel. We had asked the rental manager before our arrival for a cot or air mattress for the child, but we received no follow-up, and no extra mattress or cot appeared. My wife and I were the two displaced members of our party. We noticed that the others were parking in the driveway, not using the garage, but we did not realize until after our rental ended that no one had seen or used the garage remote. It remains missing; none of our party reports having it or seeing it. My wife and I have limited mobility; if we had stayed at this property, we would have found it difficult to negotiate the stairs to the upper floor kitchen/LR/DR. While we did not report that when making our reservation, we also were not informed that the layout required navigating stairs. Despite these issues, we thought this was a nice facility, well furnished, well maintained, with responsive but mixed management. (Case in point: We asked for the hot tub to be heated during our stay - and we were charged for that by the day. Our party found that the water was cold the day we arrived and remained so the next morning. When we reported the problem, it was soon corrected - but to my knowledge we have not received a rebate for the days the heat was off.)
