This brand-new build is Situated in the scenic Forestbrook enclave of Caldera Springs, 18209-1 Forestbrook Loop is a newly constructed vacation home that offers endless adventure at your doorstep. A seamless blend of nature with effortless luxury, this two-level, 2,125 sq. ft. residence can sleep up to 8 guests with its 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own full ensuite bath.

Thoughtful professionally furnished interiors embrace modern Pacific Northwest design and bring the outdoors in with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide natural light and showcase the Ponderosa pines surrounding the home. You’ll find an expansive great room with a gas fireplace for entertaining, a dining area and open chef’s kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and high-end finishes. Two patios offer extensive outdoor living space, with a dining area, gas fire pit, and a full-size hot tub overlooking protected woodlands.

Part of Caldera Springs’ adventure-filled expansion, Forestbrook vacation homes are just moments from exclusive amenities, including the Lake House and Quarry Pool, Caldera Links golf course, community parks, tennis and pickleball courts, and an abundance of lakes, streams and trails.

Caldera Springs is a growing community and there are a number of new homes under construction. Daily working hours for all construction sites are Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT and Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST. Construction is prohibited on Sundays.

Most deceiving stay ever! There’s an ADU attached to the house they don’t tell you about. And someone stayed there and they didn’t tell us. So around 11:30pm it sounded like someone was partying in our unit and we almost called the police. I looked in the closet 3 times before I went outside and discovered there were people staying in the unit attached to the house we rented. It was TERRIBLE! There’s no sound proofing and they were very loud. It freaked my wife out, woke my kids up. Total nightmare. You can hear the toilet, shower, doors close, EVERYTHING! I will never recommend or stay in these units again. It was horrible.
