"Cottage and amenities were very nice. Disappointing was the several feet of muck at the lake shore which made it impossible to swim or launch a kayak from shore. The dock is unsteady and rickety; no way we could have launched a kayak from there."

"We enjoy quick getaways, this was just what we needed to unwind and just hangout, for end of May it was rainy and cold but we had a great time despite the weather. Comfy & inviting cottage. "

"The house and property is in a great location! It’s close to the pier where my boys fished and kayaked. We toured the lighthouse which was so amazing. We had such a great time enjoying the local wineries as well. There was plenty of space in the house and it has everything you need. The trail to the fire pit was the best! The stars are amazing at night with the most beautiful sunsets! The host was very communicative, available, and gracious. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed in this house for two months while we were doing a kitchen renovation, The only reason we stayed is because we had no other options this time of year for a rental that would take pets. We survived because we brought everything we needed from our house. We did not receive any instructions prior to the rental and there were no instructions at the house for check-in and checking out procedures, internet/tv access or information on the local area. You can see the care and consideration Josh and his wife put into renovating the home. The ladies all found their bedrooms to be very comfortable.
