Gite du Fourbas - renovated in 2025 - with a swimming pool

For your summer holidays or your stays all year round, we offer you a charming little independent cottage.
It has a private garden of 200 m2 shaded and has a beautiful view with a south and east exposure.
Pets are allowed, the garden is perfectly fenced.

Location: in the south of the Lot department in the small village of Belmont Sainte Foi (Causses du Quercy Natural Park).

The type of accommodation T2 house of 45 m2 is ideal for 3 people and can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.

It consists of:
- a bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm x 190 cm
- a living room equipped with a kitchen renovated in 2025
- a bathroom with shower and toilet

A second bed (90 cm bed) and a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) are present in the living room.
You benefit from a loggia opening onto the garden ( 12 m2) very pleasant in all weathers.

In summer, you have access to a 5m x 11m swimming pool (minimum depth 90 cm, maximum depth 200 cm) shared with another family cottage.

Some shops 4 km away in Puylaroque (baker, small grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy)
All shops 10 km away in Lalbenque.

At the regional markets, you can find seasonal fruit and vegetables that breathe the sun (melons, tasty tomatoes,...) or local products (pastis which are apple cakes, goat's cheese or duck preserves).
For oenologists, visits to the Cahors wine cellars will be a must.

You can easily get to Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, in Rocamadour, at the Padirac chasm, in Albi, in Cahors, in Figeac, at the castle of Cenevières, in Cordes-sur-Ciel, in Montauban, in the valleys of the Aveyron and the Lot (canoeing, kayaking, boat trips).

A cot and a baby chair are available on request.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
The cottage is equipped with radiators for the mid-season as well as a charging station for vehicles electric.
Several hiking trails in the forest are at the start of the cottage.
A deposit of 400 Euros will be requested on arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
The cottage is labeled by the departmental tourism organization.

Walking, cycling, kayaking, horseback riding or cruising on the Lot.
Zip line, via ferrata, canoeing, caving and climbing at the bases of Bouziès and Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val.
On site, swimming pool and ping-pong table.
Possibility to indulge in petanque and outdoor leisure activities (equipment not provided).
Possibility to venture into the forest for hikes from the cottage.

The site is also ideal for astronomy enthusiasts. We are located in the black triangle of Quercy: in all seasons, you can admire the starry sky.
