It was a cute, clean, and ideal space for a family of 5 that was in town visiting grandma and grandpa.Newly renovated. Great kitchen and appliances. Great washer and dryer. Great beds. Great window A/C units to keep us cool on 90-degree summer days.

Family-friendly home base

We had a great time at this cute and immaculate place in Bellmore. Our kids loved the Clubhouse restaurant down the street and we loved the brand-new construction and convenient set up. It was a great home base for visiting with friends in the Long Island area.

Perfect little spot

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to come back to after day trips to Manhattan and unwind for the night, as well as really close for an amazing beach day. The upstairs bedroom is huge and inviting, and the whole house was super clean and bright. Eric's communication was great and helpful when we had a question about the TVs. Loved the walking convenience of the Clubhouse restaurant and Deli very close by. We grabbed breakfast sandwiches one morning from the deli and subs for lunch to take to the beach another day, and they were all amazing, highly recommend!! Would definitely look forward to staying here again sometime!

Bright new clean rental in a residential neighborhood

I stayed here while on a work trip to LI from Maine and we were the first ones to rent it. Eric is a great host. The house is fully remodeled and everything is new. Nice modern look with huge TV's. The kitchen is killer. Master bedroom is huge. 2nd bedroom shares a office and has a futon but I think Eric is putting a bed in there after my recommendation. Eric is working out some kinks and seems very open to suggestions so Im sure each stay it will get better. There is a neighborhood deli right next door. Im sure I will be back.

Lovely but flawed

The property is beautifully renovated and decorated in a lovely way. It has a large, new, fully stocked kitchen and three big TVs. Very light and bright with lots of windows. The location is great, less than a mile from the LIRR station and grocery store, gas station, restaurant. Small deli just steps away. However, we found two significant problems: First, although the property has 1.5 bathrooms, the full bath (only one with a shower) is located downstairs next to the smaller bedroom just off the living room, whereas the large master bedroom upstairs has just a tiny half bath with no standing headroom such that a male cannot stand up to use the toilet. Secondly, we found it extremely difficult to regulate the heat in the house. There is a single thermostat for the whole house, located downstairs. When you turn the heat on, the upstairs gets oppressively hot while the downstairs is still very cool. To be fair, this would not be a problem in the summer as there are three separate window AC units. Or if you did not use the upstairs at the same time as the downstairs. Otherwise the property was satisfactory, with many thoughtful touches.

Fairly clean. Convenient location. Great property manager.

The only negative was a smelly dirty mat in the bathroom that caused the bathroom to smell but once it was removed, everything was all good. Would stay here again.

Perfect

The house was very clean and neat when we arrived. Check in process was effortless. Eric was helpful and responded almost immediately to my questions. I would definitely stay here again if we need to stay in the area!
