Cozy Home with views of the San Juan's, Mt Baker, Salish Sea & Lummi Island

This fully equipped 2 Bedroom home with a huge deck that was built in 2015 . It is conveniently located in the Sandy Point area of Whatcom County. You are 10 minutes from the Airport, 17 miles from the Canadian border, 4 minutes from the the Silver Reef Casino, Spa and Steak house, 7 minutes to downtown Ferndale, 10 minutes to Bellingham, 10 minutes to Birch Bay and only 1 1/2 hours from Mt. Baker ski resort. The property is located next to a 9 hole golf course right across the street which you have access for $10.00, A pickle ball/Tennis court for free., A park with basketball hoop and playground for the kids all right next door. This place has Spectacular views everywhere you look. You can see Mt. Baker and the Twin Sisters, as well as Lummi Island, and Orcas Island and more. The large windows looking over the bay also are great for bird watching. If you are in town to Visit Family, for shopping, going Skiing or for Business this is the perfect place for you to feel right at home in comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We have a coffee station for your convivence. The fridge is stocked with basic condiments. We supply Laundry supplies and Bathing supplies. There are TV's in the Livingroom & both Bedrooms. This home is great for relaxing and for kicking back and having a good time . Outdoor barbecue and furniture make for a great evening setting to relax with family or friends. We offer a Varity of games for family fun and entertainment. There are 3 security cameras outside for your security and ours. 1 is located outside the front door covering the front door and parking area, 1 is located out the back deck overlooking the water and 1 is located looking at the basement door. We offer a 10% discount on Weekly rentals. This property is also available for monthly rental there will be a 25% rental reduction.

My husband and I had a wonderful summer in Bellingham away from the heat of Denver. This is the second time we’ve been able to book this home. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the unit and the ability to cook our own meals in a well-stocked kitchen. We appreciated the comfort and attention to detail throughout the home. The home is located with beautiful views of Mount Baker and the bay while being in a peaceful, quiet area. We would definitely like to stay here again.

This is a gem looking south down Puget Sound - not to mention Mt. Baker and the Cascades. Spacious porch for relaxing or entertaining. Nice modern look with lots of natural light and high ceilings. Good bang for the buck!

Good floor plan for privacy.

It was rainy during most of our stay so we never made the trek to rhe water. We just relaxed on the cozy couch. Nice well equipped kitchen. Very clean and modern throughout.

beautiful time in a gorgeous retreat

This place was spectacular. It had enough room for everybody. The views are spectacular. The house was immaculate and the host was fantastic. Everything was there that you needed and the location was the best. The views are to die for came out more relaxed anybody that would like to have, a peaceful, relaxing regrouping. This is the place to rent. We will be back and encourage other people to enjoy this rental. Definitely 10 out of 10

Sandy Point Experience

My wife and I recently moved to the Bellingham area and found this home nearby. We stayed here from December - mid-March 2024. Centrally located between Bellingham, Ferndale, and the Lummi Nation, it was ideal for our needs. It includes spectacular views of Mount Baker, bird watching, and the home is warm, cozy, and clean. Our property manager was fabulous and we’d recommend it for your next stay.

39th wedding anniversary

After a bad situation on the way up to the property... we were awe struck by this place. Better by far than we imagined and could not have had a better time for our anniversary. Fantastic views and a great home for a getaway. The check in was smooth and Lori was available for any questions we had. This was a delightful stay. When we arrived we had an issue with the tv and unable to get it to work as expected. We sent text to Lori and she was very prompt to reply and came out to get us back on track. I would also say, the kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of coffee and everything else we could have possibly needed. I would stay here again should I find myself in the area.

Awesome property

Well appointed property with every amenity you would need. New furnishings and the most luxurious towels you could ask for. The views from the south facing deck are amazing. Nice quiet neighborhood with a short easy drive into Bellingham.

Amazing Views

My family had a great stay and the views are so beautiful of the mountains and the water. In between the rain we were able to catch a sunrise, a sunset, and see the stars on a clear night. The house was able to fit everyone's needs and is one of the cleanest houses we have ever stayed in. Lori made our check in very smooth and we appreciated her communication.

Wonderful Place to Stay

Amazing place. Only 1000 sq. ft., but feels much larger. Very comfortable for a family of four. We really enjoyed our stay. Modern home that was super clean and well stocked. Open floorpan with an excellent kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Views of the bay are amazing and it is fun to watch storms roll through. We've stayed here a couple of times and look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Experience

We rented the home for a Thanksgiving staycation. The home was clean and had all of the amenities you could ask for! We loved the view and looking at the stars with the provided telescope and of course bird watching. We definitely plan to be back.
