Pacific Northwest at it's best! Beautiful waterfront home on Lake Whatcom. Open architecture, deck, view of water and mountains. Comfortable and fully equipped for a relaxing get away. Low bank waterfront with deep water dock Hot tub, firepit, brick paved picnic pavilion/carport.

A picturesque setting that maximizes summertime fun! Close to restaurants, 15 minutes to downtown Bellingham and historic Fairhaven and Western Washington University. 90 miles to Seattle and 50 miles to Vancouver, BC. 1 hour to skiing or sight-seeing at Mt. Baker.

We returned to Bellingham to celebrate our 40th anniversary. This home and location were great. Even in the rain, the view of the lake was relaxing, and I still used the hot tub. It definitely has cabin vibes with rustic wood floors and bedroom balcony openings, except for one downstairs bedroom. The bed and furniture were comfortable, and it seemed like it had almost anything you would need for meals. We'd like to return in the summer to enjoy the outdoor spaces more and dock.On the way there, we drove up Chuckanut Drive for a scenic drive, ate lunch at Chuckanut Manor for a view of the water and a yummy meal. We stopped at several galleries and did some shopping in Fairhaven. We visited friends in Sudden Valley and ate at the Mexican restaurant there. We visited friends in Ferndale, did some shopping in downtown Bellingham, and celebrated our anniversary at Anthony's Hearth Fire Grill on the waterfront. Everywhere we went was a pleasant drive.

House is right on the water ,driveway was a little challenging to back into. Plenty of room.Only draw back was windows did not open that faced the lake to let air into house. It was n the high 70’s outside and house was stuffy inside from lack air .

Excellent property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to restaurants, but far enough away to enjoy the tranquiity the lake offers. The cabin was well stocked with staples and everything you need for cooking. The hot tub was a wonderful end to the evening, as well as our nightly visit from the river otter near the dock. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Weekend Getaway!

Really comfortable cabin on the lake. All the amenities you could need, surrounded by a picturesque Lake Whatcom. Such a great place to spend a weekend with family and friends. Close enough to town, a round of golf or two or to hit the local Mtb trails, but far enough away to get some peace and quiet and to chill out. Could not have been an easier check in and check out process as well. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful lakeside house

We loved this cozy house, nestled up to Lake Whatcom. Even though the weather was grey and rainy, the gas fireplace added to the ambiance. I would love to stay again in warmer weather to fully enjoy the lovely outside deck, spa, and dock. It was a perfect location to stay while visiting relatives in Sudden Valley. It was roomy and could easily accommodate 6 adults. The hosts were very easy to work with and had kindly decorated for the holiday season. It was very clean and well equipped.

What a lovely, cozy spot to enjoy the holidays. The home was decorated for the holidays, sparkling clean, toasty warm and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed dipping in the lake with the hot tub at the ready. Would definitely recommend to friends and family or stay again!
