The Fairhaven Tower is a newly constructed building located in the historic district of Bellingham Washington. Location, location location they say and the tower has it being centrally located to all Fairhaven has to offer. Shopping, markets, coffee bars, restaurants, bakeries and so much more. The flowing layout of the Penthouse suite makes it easy for you and your guests to enjoy. There are three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms all decorated with a comfortable and luxurious feel. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk in closet along with a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have Queen size beds with spacious closets and just outside the bedroom doors are the other bathroom. There are two spectacular sitting areas with one featuring a warm and welcoming gas fireplace. The dream kitchen is designed for convenience while providing an open air modern feel. The appliances are perfect for the inspired home chef should you decide to create a light snack of a gourmet meal. The large dinning table seats 8 comfortably with extra seating at the kitchen island. Okay, now for my favorite part, the view and my goodness what a view. Post-card perfect does not do it justice with a view from almost every room. While relaxing on one of the two decks you can look out on the ever changing waters of Bellingham Bay and in the evening bless your eyes on some of the most magnificent sunsets you will ever see. The neighborhood is enchanting with so many things to see and do. The ferry terminal is a short walk away. If you love to ski then take a short drive to Mount Baker. Hikers will love the Interurban trail, Mount Baker, Lake Padden, Chuckanut Mountain just to name of few. Mountain biking you say well we have one of the best places close by called Galbraith Mountain. The Tower has secure storage for your bikes and kayaks should you bring those along. Go on a whale watching tour, sunset dinner cruise, crabbing or clamming. The Penthouse suite is the perfect location to call home and fortunately not located in a big city where the cost would be double. Treat yourself and relax, rejuvenate and enjoy this beauty by the bay.

A dream location in a true top of the world penthouse

Truly amazing stay. The views are spectacular looking out on the water, hills and town. The walk score is a 10 as everything is so close. Hospitality and quality of the property is spectacular. The host made it feel like a home away from home with so many amenities. Many thanks and we hope to stay there again soon!!

A TRUE FAIRHAVEN GEM!

This was by far the best place I've ever stayed in both with home rentals and hotels. I booked this penthouse suite for two nights prior to my wedding day for my bridesmaids and I-got married at Lairmont Manor last Friday! Not only is it spacious, relaxing, and clean but the view is unbeatable with views of Bellingham Bay from almost every side! Everyone was commenting on how amazing the place was. Rosemary was very communicative and accommodating especially when my hair and makeup artist took longer than expected and I was late checking out. If you're looking for a place to stay that is close to shops, restaurants and everything in between, this is your place! So quiet and truly the best place I could have booked for such a chaotic week! Would love love LOVE to stay here in the future.

Daughter’s wedding weekend

Lovely Fairhaven Condo

This is a great condo with plenty of space for families and easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, trails, and the waterfront. We have stayed in this building before (different unit) and love its location and style. The property manager is also very easy to work with and communicates quickly. The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of other great amenities, toiletries, games etc to make it an easy and enjoyable stay. We will definitely come again!

The Best Possible Place!

This lovely condo provided everything we needed for a first class vacation! The location of the condo is easy access to hikes and bay activities. We had space to be together or spread out, lounging on the balconies. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Truly everything about this treasure was EASY! So happy we found it.

Great Location!! Magnificent Apartment but…..

Loved everything about this vrbo except….. there was no working A/C in the children’s bedrooms. As a result, they did not sleep well. Woke up soaked every am. For 1000. 00 a night ( rental fee/ vrbo fee/ taxes/ cleaning fee) did not fit the bill. You can’t rent a vrbo without properly working A/C. Also, it would be a good thing to put a higher lock on the patio doors that children cant reach.

Wedding base for parents

This was the perfect spot for us and our friends to base ourselves. We went on a cruise out on the bay and the wedding was held at the ferry terminal so it was very convenient location. The accommodation is huge with top tier finishes. Only the living areas and main bedroom have a/c. Superb view from the balcony for morning tea and sundowners. Totally wowed by the apartment and location

Beyond Fantastic

I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s before, but nothing has been as nice as this place. It looked and felt like everything was brand new. The attention to detail was everywhere. They had everything you could possible want when you stay there. The three bedrooms were huge. The master, one word WOW. Then you had the views. Because it’s on a corner you got a side view and a front view of the entire harbor and right down below us was downtown Fairhaven. Huge windows and a two giant balcony’s. Right across the street was the Black Cat restaurant. Great place to eat. This place isn’t cheap, but we had three couples sharing the expense which came out cheaper than staying in a hotel. This place has spoiled me for future stays at other places.

Deserves all the great reviews!

One of our best VRBO stays ever. Bellingham is a great Pacific Coast small city. Several good restaurants and a grocery store literally right next door. The only thing not clear in the listing was that while this property has heat and air conditioning, there is no air conditioning in the two queen bedrooms, and the weather was warm during our stay. However, we opened windows and cranked up the white noise and slept quite well.

What an amazing view!

Amazing condo, amazing views

Great location. Wonderful property! We had soooo much room for our group. Loved the convenience of being in town to walk everywhere. At the same time sitting on one of the decks looking at the peaceful bay was perfection. The condo has everything we needed and more. Check in and check out was so easy and the host is very responsive. We will certainly book this place again!

Wonderful Fairhaven Stay

This unit is exactly as advertised. Right in the heart of Fairhaven, great views, plenty of space, and communication (both before check-in and during the stay) was extraordinary. We definitely hope to stay here again in the future.

Immaculate and Beautifully Done Condo

We had an amazing time staying at this condo. Rosemary was so helpful and so easy to work with. The place was so clean and not a thing out of place. You walked in and immediately felt at home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances which made it easy to cook meals. The beds were very comfy too! It’s the perfect location right in the heart of Fairhaven. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Favorite spot in Fairhaven!

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we certainly plan on staying again! The space is beautiful and the walkability in Fairhaven is ideal. It is impeccably clean and comfortable. The views are amazing! If you’re looking for a spot to enjoy Fairhaven and Bellingham - this is it!

Fantastic Stay

The apartment was beautiful! We had 0 issues throughout our entire stay. Whatever we needed for the apartment was already there and was fully stocked. We had an amazing trip and the apartment made our trip even better! The only thing we noticed was the big couch on the left, the middle is broken. Other than that, FANTASTIC!
