Bellingham Meadow House is a one of a kind modern cabin tucked in a private sunlit garden. Built with wood sourced from the property, seamless indoor-outdoor living, covered hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, a king sized tempurpedic bed, radiant floor heating, and step free access.

Come enjoy the perfect setting for a scenic working holiday, romantic getaway, adventure weekend, or small family vacation in a peaceful nature setting.

The space:
The Bellingham Meadow House is a one-of-a-kind modern cabin tucked in a private sunlit garden setting just a stone's throw from Lake Samish. Enclosed by a canopy of mature evergreens, it offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with a covered hot tub, a fully stocked kitchen, and no shortage of picturesque seating areas to sip your morning coffee. There is space for all your work and recreation needs- including a well-lit office nook and plenty of parking. The house is bright, airy, and pristine. Built with wood sourced from the property, it has all the finishes: radiant floor heating, a private master patio with a hot tub, custom figured maple cabinets, a king sized tempurpedic bed, a walk-in shower with soaking tub, tall windows for maximum sunlight, and step-free access.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire house, patios, and backyard.

Other things to note:
-The property is quite private and the full expansive meadow is yours to explore.

-Due to the convenient proximity to I-5, the lull of cars can be heard from the property.

-Please take note the rental space is completely private, however, there are other businesses that share the road.

- Accessibility: The home has a level driveway with step-free access throughout. The entryway is 32 inches wide and other doorways are 28 to 32 inches. The house has a shower chair and portable handrails for the bed and bathroom. Please be in contact for further descriptions of accessibility offerings.

- The house offers one bedroom and a comfortable, light floor bed that is easy to set up. A pack and play is also available with a washable full cover.

-Families are welcome. The house is quipped with toys, games, a high chair, and children’s dining needs. Let us know what else you might need and we will try our best to accommodate you.

-Due to severe allergies, pets or emotional support animals are not allowed.

-Parties, gatherings, and photo shoots are not allowed.

-Smoking, candles, incense and open flames of any kind are not permitted.

-Please keep doors locked while away.

-The perimeter of the property is equipped with secure video monitoring. The house and outdoor living spaces are not monitored by video.

-Secure entrance with 24-hour assistance

-Backup generator is on site.

-The Lake Samish boat launch with small beach is a six minute drive away.

We had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful property! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The house is modern, impeccably clean, and absolutely stunning – even better than the photos. The layout was perfect, providing plenty of space for our group to relax and unwind. The amenities were more than we could have ever asked for. Everything was top-notch. The outdoor space was equally impressive, and we enjoyed spending time on the patio and using the hot tub. There were so many little extras that truly made this feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was seamless, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this property enough and are already looking forward to our next stay

Fantastic cabin and surrounding property. The town 15 minutes north was great, with grocery stores, a cat cafe, and plenty of food (the dumplings at Pel'meni were a treat). Nearby Squires Lake Loop was really nice hike. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of towels, extra sheets and kitchen amenities, plus various other treats. We had some issues with water pressure and internet speeds, and the hot tub was a bit sudsy, but overall a good experience that echoes the other reviews here.

This cabin is the best place to get away for the weekend! It's right next to Lake Samish. A perfect place for either adventuring or chilling. It was very nice to have an exclusive hot tub right on the property!! The hosts are very gracious and kind! They had all sorts of stuff for babies and knew how to keep the area maintained and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our short stay. The house is great. Very spacious living for a one bedroom. Very clean, easy checkout. Loved the hot tub. We knew we needed to run in the morning, but literally stayed right until checkout sitting in the hammocks reading.

This was a beautiful cabin in a beautiful setting, we stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the swings in the back, the hot tub, and the shower was unique and awesome. Would definitely recommend.

This place was great. The only issue we had was with the oven door not opening but one of the owners came out and fixed it for us in a relatively timely manner (granted, it was on Christmas Day). Everything else was amazing!

My husband and I stayed four nights at Bellingham Meadows and enjoyed every minute of it! The location was very convenient- just outside the city, but close to all the things we were hoping to do, including visits to the North Cascades. And the hot tub after long days of hiking was MUCH appreciated. The space was full of extra touches and amenities making our stay even more comfortable. One nit-picky thing: the water was noticeably “hard” and smelled a bit miner-ally, but the fridge dispenser appeared filtered making the water still very drinkable. Really not a deal breaker in our books. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
