"The elevator was broken but the staff quickly changed us to a lower floor. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was 100% great!!"

They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. This damage in the sink was there for some time due to the discoloration in crack. Breakfast is meager on...

The parking lot was really dirty and was full of sketchy people lurking around. I did not feel the most safe staying in this location. Will not be back."
