Perched on the bank of Big Wood River, this unbelievable retreat is just waiting for you to soak up the beauty of Bellevue! Every inch of this expansive home will. have every guest slipping into vacation mode in no time. Though there are restaurants nearby, the gourmet kitchen is absolutely stunning with a gas range, a copper washing basin, and a large island with bar seating to make this the hub of entertaining. Plus, the formal dining area and living room have plenty of space to spread out and the TV will come in handy for movie nights. Don't hesitate to head out to the backyard for a cocktail in the fresh mountain air. Or, grab a bit of alone time and soak in the jetted master tub.

What's nearby:
Sitting just two blocks from the main drag of town, you will have no trouble grabbing a cup of coffee each morning from the local cafe and meandering along the adorable streets. Come summer, river activities abound if you feel like swimming or rafting an afternoon away. When you want to venture out a bit, Ketchum and Sun Valley are must-see towns just 16 miles north. While in the area, you will have the option of shredding fresh powder at Sun Valley Ski Resort or Dollar Mountain!

Really great but…

Truly, this is a wonderful home to choose for most anyone. Very well kept, great bedrooms and that kitchen is amazing! We really enjoyed being able to go for a walk next to the creek. Just a heads up for anyone visiting for a tournament where you have no idea if you will need a late checkout or not. They require 24 hour notice and hockey tournaments more often than not, you would not know that early hence requiring an extra hundred for that guarantee you could get a few more hours that you might not even need. If this matters to you, hotels are more flexible on this. I will check policies in the future before booking for a tournament. Also, we are accustomed to being able to reach the owners to ask bout potential flexibility on this policy but VACASA (who it is available thru) does not permit that so that was not helpful. Other than that, given no tournaments or anything that might give cause for late checkout without knowing 24 hours in advance, I would highly recommend this place. It was really wonderful!

weekend get away for local wedding

the place is bigger than it looks in the pictures and we were all comfortable. its near the river trail with lots of dogs and walkers, and in the flight path of airport, but planes only fly during the day. i would stay here again.

Great place - lots of space

Easy check in process. The home was clean and the description in the listing was accurate. We had two families stay here with plenty of room to spread out. We skied each day of our stay and it was only 20 minutes to drive to the resorts (which is less than what we drive for our local resorts). .

This home was an absolute delight for our trip to Sun Valley. So homey, serene and beautiful. I can't say enough good things about it. We sure hope to stay here again in the future!

No concerns for our privacy and in flight path

I am in my 60's, well traveled, including quite a bit in this area. This is one of the most disappointing stays I have ever had...and I am not that hard to please. Give me privacy, a clean place and minimal noise and I am good to go. Let me start by saying 1 hour after our family arrived a person knocked on our door saying he needed to get into the garage (No identification). Next thing we knew he was cutting the grass...really? We shared our dissatisfaction and he left. He then showed up 2 days later after we left for a wedding..do you think they were looking at their cameras...privacy invasion? To top it off at 10 am on Sunday morning I was on the back patio and there he was here a third time weed eating the back porch. Three times in 72 hours they invaded our privacy without asking. What part of vacation rental does vacasa not understand? As for the house it was a nice place but could use some upkeep. Nail popping up on the deck, Very small master shower that does not open all the way (the toilet is in the way). Windows (A couple) that you have to push from the outside to shut completely. The home is directly under the flight path to the Hailey airport (low flying planes), people walking 30 steps from the house on a path, (friendly people but privacy lacking). To finish this up I paid over $2200 for 4 nights for this very unsatisfying event.

Great Home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very large and comfortable. The kitchen is enormous. Much bigger than it appears in the photos. The home does not have A/C and I worried that it would be uncomfortable given that it's been pretty hot out. That wasn't the case at all. We opened windows at night and closed them in the morning. The home stayed comfortable all day. It's a great location too. The only thing we'd of loved more is if this house had a hot tub. The property management was also very responsive to needs/questions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
