"Wonderful home for a group - well stocked, clean, quiet and lovely surroundings. We used if for an extended family stay for PSU graduation - only 30'ish minutes to State College with plenty of room to accommodate our group. Really enjoyed the sunrises!"

"Perfect getaway spot for all weather!We had to stay indoors due to chilly rain all weekend, but there was plenty to do!4 thrift stores nearby and lovely dining opportunities.There was plenty to do at the house as well, video games, pool table, and hot tub were all a big hit."

"The cabin was nice. The bathhouse required us to get in the car as it was a not near by. Be sure to bring a top sheet and blankets for the beds. Thankfully we had some with us. Overall it met our needs. "

"We took a group of high school students for a fly fishing trip. The property was perfect for the group. They fished on the pond, played soccer, made s’mores, and played ghost in the graveyard. We would come back!"

"Cozy Cabin is a comfortable and clean property. Unfortunately it rained during our stay so we spent time indoors and on the covered porch. Heather was very nice to work with and we would rent this cabin again. Cozy Cabin was close to 7 points marina, and Raystown Resort. "
