"I never even realized I’d booked this. Unlike other sites who remind you ahead of time so you’d cancel if you saw it and weren’t traveling, we were charged for two rooms that we supposedly booked. Very disappointing and I’ll never use Expedia again!"

"Wir hattten ein Zimmer im 25. Stock mit wunderbaren Blick auf das Chateau Frontenac, Zittadelle und Fluss. Besser geht der Blick nicht. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und müsste an einigen Stelle mal renoviert werden. Z.B. war ein Wasserschaden nur mäßig gestrichen und Möbel etwas abgelebt. ..."
