The River House is beautiful and thoughtfully prepared for everything a guest could need. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of room for our extended family group. The property itself is peaceful but you are only minutes away from restaurants and stores. We loved the porch swings and the firepit area.

We loved our stay, Kortni made everything super easy and comfortable. The house is gorgeous and sits on an awesome property with views of the river.

I am very impressed with this property and this host! The property had everything we could need including coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q tips, flossers, toys for kids, throw blankets, an iron, and even fire starters to make enjoying the fire pit that much easier. The house was very clean. The host made herself available for any concerns (she messaged me to make sure everything was good), and I felt that it was very important to her that we had an enjoyable stay. Also, there are plenty of beds to accommodate a multi-family group. We had a wonderful time!

This was a great house for a family gathering! There is ample amount of space to sit outside under covereddeck areas. The seating outside is fantastic with private balconies and group seating areas. The kitchen needs some organizing as it was hard to find items we needed. Wish we could’ve used the river, but saw some kayakers which was cool. The firewood left for us did not burn very well, but luckily there is a store close by and we purchased some better wood. Not sure what the rest of the property is used for, but we definitely saw work trucks and people entering the house next to the one we rented. The home is decorated farmhouse sheek. A great home to rent that is not too far from Dayton. We were permitted to check in early which was appreciated.
