A romantic getaway with breathtaking views of Lake Como: an intimate setting where you can celebrate special occasions and create new memories.

We’re opening in July 2024 with the goal of offering our guests an unforgettable experience.

You’ll be welcomed by a lush garden with a hot tub where you can admire enchanting sunsets behind the mountains.

(From November 2, 2026, through March 25, 2027, the outdoor hot tub will be closed)

The apartment features two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a view and a sleeper sofa, and a spacious kitchen where you can enjoy cooking.

The living room features a floor-to-ceiling window offering a view of the lake.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook in comfort, including an oven, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster, milk frother, hand mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.

The bedrooms each have their own unique themes.
In "Tropical Vibes," you’ll feel as if you’re immersed in a tropical forest, while in "City Lights," the minimalist design is infused with romance thanks to soft lighting.

In the bathroom, the shower doubles as a bathtub, allowing you to enjoy moments of complete relaxation.

Inside the apartment, guests have access to a state-of-the-art TV, Wi-Fi, books in Italian and English, games, and playing cards.

The residence is located in a quiet and secluded area, an 8-minute drive from the center of Bellano and 13 minutes from Varenna.

From the Bellano pier, you can also purchase ferry tickets to reach the renowned town of Bellagio and the beautiful town of Menaggio, which are 17 and 11 minutes away, respectively, on the fastest service.

A large parking area is available above the residence, with several parking spaces along the street.

To access the apartment, you must walk down several flights of stairs.

Every Italian municipality requires all guests staying in tourist accommodations to pay a tourist tax (in Bellano, this is €3 per person per night). This amount is not included in the total Airbnb price, and you will need to pay it separately upon arrival at the property.
