A Wonderful Family Getaway

My family and I had an amazing stay at Happy Place! The condo was incredibly clean, beautifully furnished with high-quality furniture, and the kitchen had everything we needed since our family loves to cook. One of our favorite features was the jacuzzi tub in the primary bathroom - it felt like such a luxury, and it was spotless. ✨ Most importantly, Happy Place comfortably accommodated our family of nine. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone slept well each night. The location was perfect, with beautiful nature nearby, cherry orchards for picking, great golf courses, and plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive away. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Happy Place to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and relaxing getaway!

Beautiful condo beautiful location!

We planned a girls trip to celebrate a friend’s 60th Birthday. We wanted a place that could accommodate all of 6 of us, with the amenities of home, and was also close to all the beautiful neighboring towns. This condo did not disappoint in any way and had so much room!!! This beautiful condo was meticulous. It had 3 large bedrooms and 3 full baths plus a half bath, and a loft area. Large master bath on main floor and two upstairs. Fully stocked with towels and toiletries and extremely clean. The kitchen was also fully equipped with everything you needed to cook a meal for cozy night in. There is a washer and dryer and beach towels were also great after a day at torch lake. The property is quiet and the views from the balcony were beautiful. While we did not take advantage, there is a swimming pool and hot tub that was also available on the property. This place will be on a repeat for all of us to return to.

Wonderful place. Spacious, clean, convenient!

Happy Place worked great for our party of 6. Plenty of space to spread out. View of 18th hole was beautiful. Place was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook. We would rent here again!

You will be so glad you choose this Happy Place to stay at

This wonderful condo in Cedar River is really like a home away from home. Very roomy and comfortable with many nice touches throughout. The fact that each of the 4 bathrooms had an additional body wash soap in the cupboards under the sink really made an impression on me. The master bedroom on the first floor is extremely comfortable, roomy and has a similarly roomy bathroom with a very good size shower, 2 sinks and a jacuzzi. The upstairs bedrooms are also very roomy and comfortable- with 2 bathrooms upstairs as well. And the family room/den is similarly roomy and cozy- with a balcony that overlooks the 18th green. Very picturesque and beautiful. The ability to drive to the myriad of towns Up North from this location is awesome. On our stay, the first day we drove to Alden/Traverse City and Sutton's Bay. The next day we drove to Charlevoix and Bay Harbor. And the 3rd day we drove to Walloon Lake, Petosky and Harbor Springs. All within 1 hour of the Happy Place at Cedar River (Suttons Bay and Harbor Springs are the ones a little further away that took 1 hour and 15 minutes, but we stopped at these other places along the way so the drive is broken up and you can visit all these wonderful places along the way to these furthest locations). We will definitely be back up to The Happy Place on all our future trips Up North!
