Treasured times await at our spacious retreat nestled on a wooded lot overlooking the Hawk's Eye Golf Course in Shanty Creek Resort. Enjoy the pure Michigan experience year round - from vibrant autumn colors, championship golfing to winter skiing and tubing. In summer, explore nearby lakes for boating, swimming, & fishing.

Welcome to our cozy and inviting home away from home! From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an open-concept main living area perfect for relaxing and making memories. The main floor space includes a modern kitchen, two comfortable living rooms, a large dining table that seats 10 (12 snuggly), and the kitchen nook area has stunning bay windows overlooking the backyard and the 8th tee. After a day of adventures, gather in the main living room with a huge leather sectional and an 85" TV for the perfect movie night.

On the main floor, you'll find three of the five welcoming bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite features a king bed along with a private ensuite. Two additional queen bedrooms provide peaceful retreat options, each with blackout curtains to ensure a restful sleep.

The lower level offers even more space to unwind, with another living area, TV, and game zone. Kids will love the bunk room, which sleeps six comfortably with fun toys, puzzles, and games to keep them entertained. There is an additional bedroom on this level with 2 queen beds, so the lower level can accommodate a total of 10 guests, with a full bathroom to share.

Our home truly offers something for everyone, whether you're traveling with 6 or 16. Multiple gathering areas ensure everyone can relax and enjoy their stay in this spacious, family-friendly retreat. We can't wait to host your unforgettable vacation!

Winter Wonderland

Good communication with host. A beautiful, great home. Plenty of room (we had 3 families) for togetherness and for own space. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. A finished basement with a bedroom and bathroom and a separate large area with two sets of bunk beds and game area. Thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have needed. Very scenic views of a winter wonderland outside.

Winter Getaway

The house was perfect for our group, we went skiing, alpine tubing and visited Short's. We found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay and even made dinner one night, the kitchen has everything you would need. The communication was great, as the area received over a foot of snow before we left and the host made sure we were plowed to get on the road! Beautiful home in a beautiful area!

Family Christmas

We rented the house so that our 3 extended families could spend christmas together and it was lovely. The owners were quick to respond to every question and were very nice. The kitchen had everything we could have needed for a big christmas dinner. We also really appreciated all the soft extra blankets and the beds were all really comfy.

Family Christmas Trip

Stayed for 5 days with 9 people and 2 dogs. Lots of room for everyone. Plenty of space for games, meals, movie nights and visiting with family. Beds were comfortable.

Great place with lots of room

We really enjoyed our stay. There were 10 of us all together - 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room, we did not feel crowded at all. Each of the 3 families had their own bathroom which was great. We put the largest family in the finished basement where the kids slept in the bunk beds in the main area and parents in the very large bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fire pit was nice too - it appears to be one of those smokeless fire pits so you don't smell like a bonfire after. Property description is accurate. Will stay here again.

Heavenly 8th Tee

We came to Bellaire 8th Tee for a family reunion, golf and floating on Torch lake and our house, location was amazing. This house was perfect, not one thing was left out of the planning for guests to drop in and have all our needs anticipated. Thank you to the hosts for always being available for my wuestions or needs. This Michigan girl loved coming home to the 8th Tee house!

Great Stay, Amazing Location

My family along with two others stayed a long weekend for skiing at Schuss. House was perfect for our stay, enough to do at the house to entertain kids from 9-16. The location is perfect, close to the ski hill and a five minute drive to Shorts. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful home!!

We had an awesome time, everyone enjoyed their own space but still had quality time together!! Had everything we needed and I forgot spices so it was so handy there were some there for me!! Only thing that was a little disappointing was how far away the clubhouse was, but other than that it was an amazing stay!!

Great place to stay in Bellaire, MI

Enjoyed a weekend golfing and out on the water. The Eighth hole was perfect for a base camp. Plenty of spacious rooms, amenities, etc. The pool and gym was open to us as guest, even though we did not use them. Check-in and host communication were all very easy. Most importantly, there were no ridiculous tasks requested during check-out as guest to the property.

Winter Family Trip

Our stay was great at The Eighth Tee. The place is well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Check in process was easy. I would highly recommend the place for large parties. We arrived after much snow had fallen, so were quite thankful to have that for skiing, but did need to do some shoveling and driving on the snowy backroads. The place is quiet and private. We appreciated the large kitchen and dining room spaces for our 8 person group. We would stay here again, thank you!

NYE/Ski

This is a wonderful home for families! We stayed for a ski weekend over NYE and had a great time. Very clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen space and that we could all eat at the huge dining table off the living room! Just a few minutes away from Schuss Mountain. Would definitely recommend!

Great Place

We had an amazing time. The property has a beautiful view of the 8th hole on Hawk’s Eye, which is an amazing golf course. The kitchen is huge and the house is set up for accommodating a lot of golfers. I will definitely be back for my annual golf trip.
