"Be aware the parking for this location is public parking and may not be available. If you are walking, the center of town is approximately a 20 minute walk and you share the road with vehicles. There is a walking lane, but at times there are drivers who drive close to pedestrians as well as areas where the walking lane ends. "Room was excellent and the air conditioning was amazing. The room was amazingly dark and quiet at night and great view out the window during the day. The bag storage was a minor bit troublesome as it seemed like the restaurant staff didn’t enjoy sorting this out for us, but not the most annoying. The location was very convenient to the train station and a small walk (10 mins) to the main town."

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food.
It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view!
The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner.
We ate in the hotel on just one of the evenings and have to say it was probably our best meal in Bellagio.
The staff were friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.

"What a hidden gem. Really beautiful property. The staff could not have been nicer. We had a rental car which made this perfect for us. There is no beach that is advertised . The beach club is a separate property, 5 min drive away, old.. not well maintained and at an extra cost with an advanced reservation required.
The hotel itself is clean and rooms are new. Hotel’s pools are nice.
But the service is poor.. service wait times at restaurants .. not a 5 star service for sure"

"The breakfast was very good but the on site restaurant for dinner was dreadful and wouldn’t go there again. The hotel itself and the staff were very friendly but didn’t expect a plastic bracelet round my wrist for the length of our stay! "Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage.
Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht.
Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut.
Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist.
Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen.

"La bienvenida al hotel estuvo estupenda, el staff es increíble! Siempre atentos y respetuosos! Y el desayuno, ni se diga, esos capuchinos estaban muy ricos!
