"Second time at the encore. Great place to stay if you are catching a flight the next day. Plenty of good food options at the hotel. Very clean and modern."

"Stayed from Friday until Monday. They never cleaned our room once. Had to ask them to empty our garbage and bring us clean towels. Went to the front desk Sunday morning to ask about housekeeping and they told us we were scheduled for that day. Came back after supper and our room was still not cleaned, and was not that day. Stayed at many hotels and never had that happen. "

"Property is a bit rundown. Decor looks relatively nice, but small holes in curtains and upholstery. Crumbs on dresser. It’s in what appears to be a low rent warehouse or Industrial area. Directly on a busy street and very noisy. The property itself was noisy until the early morning hours. I may have just hit a bad night and normally, I mostly write great reviews, but the quality I experienced vs. the rating shown is highly suspect. I wasn’t impressed. "

"The hotel is undergoing renovations, but it isn’t inconvenient. The rooms are showing their age with loose tiles in the bathroom and the faucet proximity to the sink was a poor design by someone who never tested the facilities to prove design"

"The breakfast didn’t start before I needed to leave for the airport but the staff were nice and offered me a muffin and yoghurt. They need to up date the room plugs so that they have sockets for computer charge cords. I had two types of cords but forgot my US plug and, therefore, couldn’t charge my iPad in the room. They did it for me in part at the desk but it meant I couldn’t use it during much of my stay. They should put sockets into each room with a USB-C entry port and the other ports as...

"Small boutique hotel directly off the avenue. Lobby is small , but aesthetically furnished. Front desk staff were very personable except one female, which is why they probably gave her night shift. 😁 She wasn’t terrible, but her disposition didn’t appear very approachable Rioms wwre super small with queen beds Bed was comfortable. Room would have benefited having a fridge or microwave. Hotel did have a microwave in basement as well as I’ve machine, but u had to travel in basement to use....

"We were surprised a free continental breakfast wasn’t included…but they do not offer it any longer. BUT DON’T LET THAT Bother you!! They now cook free breakfast for you…it was great too! The pancakes were perfection —- "

"Staff at the hotel was great. Hotel was good. Pool was clean breakfast was good. They charged me twice for my stay and you have to pay to park. We stayed several days and lost a lot of money due to this. Front desk states they can’t help and no response from the email. "
