"This property features beautiful historical architecture with newly renovated rooms. The building is a mix of apartments on the upper floors and hotel rooms on the lower floors. "There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. "Tout a été parfait ...nous avons parti le lave-vaisselle, avons laissé volontairmeent plus de 6 bières en cannettes et une bouteille de Jim Bean et il se peut que la femme de ménage trouve une pince à billets de banque des Steelers en metal avec 250$ canadien et 105 dollars US ! Il serait apprécié de ravoir la pince et les devises canadiennes et ferait cadeau des devices américaines cette pince ayant une valeur sentimentale. Merci pour tout Jean-Marc Bénard"

"We loved this place! There were a few small physical issues: towel bars not secured (fell off when reaching for the towel); loud squeak in the shower door. No decaf coffee offered (but the Yemeni coffee shop 2 blocks away was AWESOME). "Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"Traveled to Pittsburgh for a pirates game with 3 other adult men. This place was perfect for us. 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with easy 15 minute walk to the ballpark. The price was way better than a single hotel room. It actually has six single beds in. Dont get me wrong, this is Not a 5 star resort, but it definitely gets A 5 Star review. It's everything you would need for a comfortable trip for a game. Lots of food options in easy walking distance. Would definitely stay again!"

"I actually got the "suite" for a family member and his sons. Unfortunately, the pre-teens became mischievous after my family member fell asleep (after a long funeral service). Security called and texted me several times to let me know about their misbehavior. I understood. "Apt was great and spacious, its very convenient to Pitt and CMU but entrance is in a side street that feels like an alley and the immediate area doesn’t feel like a neighborhood so that was only downside. Literally 2 min drive to anywhere but prefer to stay where immediate area is more walkable lively community. For the price and space it was great though."
