Enjoy your stay in this spacious downtown Belhaven apartment that sleeps 6 guests on the corner of Main and Pamlico Streets. You will have plenty of room in this 1600 sq. ft. home away from home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen/dining room. If you are looking for a cozy, "feels like home" place to stay - this is it! The master bedroom has one Queen and a private bathroom with a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Twin and a Twin /Full bunk bed combination. The second bathroom with a tub/shower is located at the end of the hallway. There is also a laundry area available if needed during your stay, which is located off to the side of the entrance stairway. This rental is located over ATTIC LIFE, one of the local boutique style businesses. The local Town Dock is just a block away. Walk toward the Town Dock and take a left on Water Street, and you will enjoy a leisurely stroll to The River Forest Manor & Marina. Visit the dock and see who is tied up for the night. Local restaurants and shops are located within sight and easy walking distance of the apartment. No need to drive anywhere unless it is to the grocery store for supplies. Parking is available directly behind the building with the entrance located right around the corner. There are also parking spaces along the street that may be used if they are unoccupied. Entrance is by a private stairway directly from the sidewalk on the side of the building. There is NO HANDICAP access and there is a low ceiling in one area of the stairway on a landing, so men and tall ladies, watch your heads! ** This apartment is located over a business so PLEASE be respectful of business hours and keep noise to a minimum between 10am-5pm weekdays and 10am-7pm weekends. (NO RUNNING, SCREAMING/YELLING, ETC.)
