"Excellent cottage. Nice and cool inside to get out of heat. Great deck to get some sun. Great location if you are in Houghton area for the college. We came to see the Genesse Rapids Summer college baseball team play. "

"We spent three nights in these amazing cabins! the place is beautiful, the cabins and bathrooms super clean and with all you need to have a great and relaxing time. Rebecca was an outstanding host, answering all my multiple questions and checking with us that everything was going well. We spent one day hiking in Letchworth Park (highly recommended) and came back home to use the grill and the fire pit. This place is also great if you are traveling with pets! Our dog was so happy! "We were meeting relatives from several different states. They all stayed at Letchworth State Park in rustic cabins, tents and trailers. We wanted accommodations that were a step up and were quite delighted with this property. Since it was so hot, we thoroughly enjoyed the A/C and also were very happy with the wifi! The cottage had everything we needed. A restaurant was within walking distance."

"We can’t wait to go back to this place again next year!! This beautiful place was well stocked and has so many amenities!! The decor is amazing and their huge binder with things to do in the area was so organized and well thought out. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants beauty, peace, serenity, etc., etc. Thank you, Peggy and Bob for being great hosts and sharing your beautiful place."

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"We had a great stay at Cabin Creek. It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. "

"This was an amazing location for our family to gather from all over. The property was just as described. There's a lot for younger and older children to do. The kitchen was well-furnished.The cleaning before we arrived lacked. It was OK, but not like we'd expected, but we know it must be a challenge turning it around for the next guests."

"This was a nice and rustic trip away from the city into the peace and serenity of the country. Beautiful night sky with a fire pit and a porch allowed one to enjoy the sights and sounds. Cows, goats, miniature horses, chickens, geese, peacocks, dogs, and cats are some of the friendly animals on the property. Trailer was clean and bed was comfortable."
