"Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful Service for breakfast and dinner was very good. Hotel was comfortable and clean. Spacious room. Easy 10-15 minute walk from St Helier bus station. (Bus stop right outside front door - I didn't use but goes to bus station for other connections.) The hotel is quite dated in decor and facilities. Our bathroom contained high sided bath with shower in - ok if you are physically able to get into it. Also there wasn't a blind on the bathroom window which...

"Spacious apartment overlooking the harbour. Supplied with milk, coffee, jam and in the morning croissants & scones. Only downside was the bedding it was all man made fibres cotton would be preferable."

"All the saff were very helpful and friendly and the manager went out of his way to attend to our particular needs. Our one misgiving was the restaurant menu, Whilst the meals were good, the menu was the same every night. The hotel web site indicaterd that it would be different every night. Overall, a very good place to stay."

"The Somerville is a lovely place to stay, with friendly, approachable, informative and attentive staff. Our superior double room was most comfortable and the shower had access to water that we actually understood! Gorgeous views. Fabulous areas both inside and out for relaxing. Sparkling pool. Steep walk up from the village, where there are good restaurants- tad tiring for we oldies! Would recommend. "
