"The place where old. The cleaning was not good, especially the bathroom. Vi were 5 persons and only got 1 or to towels a day. The cleaning people asked all the time if the rooms were ready to be cleaned. Knoked at the door too often. You can get your clothing cleaned. We did, but the lady stoped ..."

"The receptionists and the valets are very helpful. Charbel at the front desk is an outstanding customer service and front desk operator. The staff all over were very friendly and nice. Air conditioning was good for me; I like low temperature 18C is good enough for me. The room was cleaned every time ..."

"The place is very clean, but the staff have never gotten any training in communication skills At midnight, a very loud chouting came from corridors and that was quiet disturbing I have visited this place many times before and this was my worst experience"
