Aber Vorsicht, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 3 Personen gebucht ( 2 Erwachsene, 1 Jugendlicher), Lounge Zugang war aber trotzdem nur für 2 Personen, mussten für dritte vor Ort nachzahlen, ging so nicht klar aus der Buchung hervor. "What an incredible hotel! Staff service is EXCELLENT, cannot say enough good things about how helpful they were. The concierge helped us arrange trips to the Forbidden City and Great Wall, as well as cars whenever we needed them. The room staff understood our jet lag and cleaned when we were not there. They provided plenty of water and extra towels, which we appreciated. Will we stay here again? Absolutely!"

"From the 7th floor lift, the place looks like someone just smoked half a box of cigars. Staff were pleasant and helpful/ responsive to questions. I recommend more generous toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, etc…Bathroom water does not cool down right away. I did not take breakfast because I needed it earlier—before 7 am. "The amenities and location were amazing. Having tea and snacks ready for you right as you walk in the door was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere. Despite being right next to a busy tourist area it was quiet and restful."

"Spent one night here before departing from Beijing West Railway station the next day. Its about 15-20 minute walk from the station, I don't think the directions on Expedia are accurate it's not in the North Square which is where their directions took me. Go by the physical address to find the hotel. Otherwise the hotel itself is fine. Nice staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are smaller but clean and quiet. I would stay here again for sure."

"We are traveling from US. We have been to many places in China. We enjoyed staying in a traditional Beijing style hotel in local Beijing neighborhood. The staff are super helpful and nice. No issues with staffs or the hotel, but the local area is a bit far from subway and attractions. The shower room is nice but there aren’t any hooks and there is no dryer for clothes."
