"From the 7th floor lift, the place looks like someone just smoked half a box of cigars. Staff were pleasant and helpful/ responsive to questions. I recommend more generous toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, etc…Bathroom water does not cool down right away. I did not take breakfast because I needed it earlier—before 7 am. Overall, good, short stay."

The receptionist told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund. After contacting the agency, they told me the hotel refuses to issue a refund. So I lost almost $500 USD. It was a really bad experience."
