"Apartment was as expected of an Oakwood property. Beds and sheets were very comfortable, with blackout curtains. Daily cleaning included. Good size rooms and apartments. Best was location. Great location close to the major shopping district and modern shopping malls nearby. Tiancheng mall is connected to other big malls and has one level full of gadgets. "A lovely place to park when in GZ. Location is great. However, some hiccup, on day 1, though i booked my room in early 2025, the hotel could not check me in, they were overbked and had no room which i booked already for me. It was disappointing, however front desk, a young man was v nice and proactive, he got me a room in another hotel, within the same block for one night. But it was inconvenient, i had to move day 2. "The stay was generally good and close to shopping district at Beijing Lu. Transportation via Didi was convenient to places of interest. Place was also kept very clean and tidy. Only concern was that there was no place to rest / sit during checkin and checkout process. After checking out (with luggages), I had to sit at the steps while waiting to leave for the airport."

"We had a great time at our stay here! We were up on the 11th floor and it was very quiet for the most part, certainly no street noise that high up. Our last night we had a few noisy neighbours so I suspect that before that we had no neighbours which is why it was so quiet.
