"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me.
I receive the room without cleaning and ful of insects. When I complain they didn't do anything only the security help me by changing the room"

"The place is well advertised but the communication was very poor between platforms some say we needed own towels and other saying other check-in requirements and wrong times. Staff have been great when face to face but here are the things I did not like - AC was at an ADDITIONAL cost, if you wanted lounge chairs this was at a cost too, cabin 36 had no mosquito nets so not possible to open windows at night without getting bitten.
