"Incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Room offered everything promised; clean and modern. The free tea and coffee and office facilities on the 27th floor are a nice touch with a great view. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again."

"We stayed at the Park Terrace Hotel for one night after returning from a trip to the Azores. It was comfortable, clean, and very quiet. The staff was welcoming. The restaurant, La Pecora Bianca, was accessible through the lobby, which made these tired travelers happy. The hotel's location next to Bryant Park provided a quick sightseeing stop before heading to the airport to continue our travels home."

"Property is close to all the relevant attractions but far enough away to be nice and quiet at night. Easy to access public transportation. Food ordered and served was good. Rooftop Spyglass Bar is just OK other than the view of the Empire State bldg which is outstanding. Room I had was small, had limited soundproofing, and had a loud and obtrusive HVAC system. Overall it was acceptable but I would stay elsewhere next time I need to be in midtown."

"Pros: Great location and a very friendly and helpful staff. Cons: The public spaces downstairs are public, noisy and always full of people. Sometimes it was even difficult to reach the room because of the crowd at the hotel's main entrance."
