  • This historic home has been fully renovated to offer all the commodities of a modern household while retaining the Beechworth charm of a historic home.

    Quiet location yet only a 2 minute walk from Ford Street with heaps of off street parking.

    This immaculate home is bright and spacious with light-filled modern living and generous bedrooms.

    The large master suite enjoys a stunning en suite with floor to ceiling tiles and a large walk-in robe. The second bedroom is equally as grand and is fitted with double built in robes, as is bedroom three.

    A cleverly designed central bathroom with a separate toilet provides added convenience.

    Your new kitchen combines a stylish 2-pak finish with timber benchtops, a walk-in pantry, and brand new appliances, including a double drawer dishwasher.

    Year-round comfort is assured with a ducted reverse cycle heating and cooling unit, plus the benefit of extra ceiling insulation.

    The outside has not been overlooked. With separate veranda areas on all four sides of the home, you can follow the sun. Not to mention, a handy carport for off-street parking.

    This delightful home is a literally minutes' walk from everything Beechworth, including the Murray to Mountain Rail Trail, Silver Creek and Lake Sambell, plus our award-winning restaurants and retail shopping strip.

    Please note that for your security we have two outdoor security cameras: 1- one in the verandah close to the front door 2- in the back for the property close to the carpark.

Charming Cottage

Great property, perfect location Our host Cristian was great to deal with . This property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was an easy walking distance from shops , cafes and the historic precinct.

Our stay in Beechworth was wonderful. From beginning to end, our host Christian was extremely welcoming and helpful. The house was just beautiful. As well, it was very clean, fully equipped, plenty of space - and an excellent location, so close to everything!Would highly recommend a stay here - we will definitely be returning.

We had the best stay at this modern, clean and well appointed home. Loved being able to walk to the Main Street for coffee, dinner, etc. The home is very comfy and the heater works a treat!

Best of Beechworth

This is an excellent property. Recently renovated, comfortable with everything needed and as good a location as u could get. Add in a considerate host, easy to communicate with and it makes for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderfully time travelling to all towns in the area. My ex did a lot the metal roofs on the Falls Creek and Bright areas. So was lovely travelling around we will be back in the summer for a couple of weeks to stay in same place it was a real holiday and able to walk everywhere.

Everything worked. House comfortable and well stocked, clean and well maintained. Off street parking under cover and property was secure. Our dog enjoyed being there as well in fenced garden. Easy, short walk to shops. Beechworth has much to offer. Love to go again.

Great location

Spacious and clean home in great location. There was plenty of room for four adults and 2 kids. We had a lovely time and the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond back to any messages. Would love to come back.

The accommodation was delightful and walking distance to the main street. Lovely quiet location and we were thrilled that it was dog friendly. Communication excellent with host. to keep this an option.

I don’t know about a national park but the house we stayed in was perfect. Clean, comfortable, close to shops and had everything you needed. Host was on point and communication was swift. Would definitely go back. Very homely.
