This place is a dive. Not clean, old, and things like shower handle falling off. Breakfast room had wall vents that were caked in dust and dirt.

The room was ok. Clean. Chair was broken. Bed high of ground hard to just sit on it. Pop machine broken. Breakfast -milk dispenser broken, not a lot of options. We were on ground floor we like having door to outside. Over all for cost not bad.

Place unkept, smelly Nothing to do or eat around the area. Stayed one night and moved to a better hotel for the rest of our trip

The hotel itself is very nice. The staff, while not offensive, were unfortunately not helpful. The gentleman who checked us in barely spoke above a whisper, and the woman who checked us out was fine. The elevator was making some very odd and loud noises, which was a bit concerning, and the sliding door on the shower was broken, so it refused to stay even a little close, which got water all over the floor. As a result, we both almost slipped and hurt ourselves multiple times, even after cleaning up the water. All of this, while annoying, would have been largely unoffensive if it hadn't been for the billing process. Right off the bat, a $200 deposit is absurdly high, especially for a one-night stay. But every single time some kind of transaction went through at the hotel, everything done previously would be "refunded" and then a new amount charged, which made everything incredibly confusing, and ended with me going over my limit on my credit card, even though I had budgeted more than enough for my entire stay. Even though I paid for my stay ahead of time, when I checked in, it was refunded and a new amount charged that included the $200 deposit, and this was done again on checkout, except the charge for parking overnight was added. This added around six or seven charges on my statement that made it very confusing to try and match it to my bill, and it also put over $500 dollars on my credit card on hold for no discernable reason. I will not be returning.
