"Amazing stay in menlo park. Such a beautiful and peaceful property! The room had a comfy bed, really nice shower supplies, a private patio, pool and gym. Breakfast was fantastic, there was a station to fill water bottles and coffee machine on the lobby. We wish we could have stayed longer"

"The room was dark not bright and airy like the pics in the website . The paint color was a dark grey. The person that checked me in said he would wave the fee for having my puppy with me but the website said theres no fee for my pet ,so he really wasnt doing me a favor. Beautiful hotel lobby and entrance but the room wasnt what I expected at all. The Four Seasons in San Francisco was gorgeous this one in Palo Alto didnt meet my expectations"

"I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, with very limited options available. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was broken during my stay. The hotel staff also started clearing away the breakfast items before the official breakfast end time, which was frustrating and unprofessional. The rooms have old carpet flooring that appears worn and dusty. If you suffer from dust allergies, I strongly advise against staying...
