"We booked a room that was advertised as a double room, but after checking in, we discovered that the bed was far too small to be considered a standard double. It was more like a slightly wider single bed, and two average-sized adults could barely fit on it. I raised the issue with the reception, but the only response I received was an apology and that the hotel was fully booked, so there was nothing they could do. "The property is well located with multi storey car park nearby and the river views very welcoming. Check in late at night was a bit hap hazard, mainly due to process changes but when we really wanted to get to bed it was a bit delayed. The bed was comfy, shower very good and over all very comfortable. "

Turned on unit at the mains and room cooled until early hours of the morning when I heard water splashing on the carpet from the ac unit.- Noticeable amount of water pouring from unit-So turned it off again. Also found bathroom door wouldn't shut. Personally I prefer to use the bathroom in private and not have the door swing open to full view of the...

"Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)"

"They have ac on the rooms where you can change the temperatures. The restaurants around are also great and if you need to use transportation I recommend using A1 Taxi for budget transportation. Overall the workers are nice and if you ever need anything they will help with open arms!"
