"I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

The home itself is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly appointed with everything you could possibly for your family to relax, celebrate or simply just rest. We had a fantastic stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. One standout feature was the game room—it was a huge hit with the teens in our group....

"The property is run down and in need of repair. It was not accurately represented in its VRBO listing. It lacked basic and essential amenities, especially for a 6 bedroom / sleeping 10 listing. Water pressure was unbearably low. In the middle of my short shower, the water flow spontaneously reduced to a trickle. After 1-2 mins of this, the water flow returned to its previous stronger but weakened state along with a loud screeching sound from the pipes which lasted 3-4 mins. The beds are...

"Enjoyed the outdoor deck very peaceful had our coffee there every morning. The unit was very clean. Could use table lamps in living room and bedroom, need instructions for tv controllers and bathroom hot and cold water are reversed . Would have liked some drinking glasses in kitchen and extra trash bags. Was well lit at night to go around back and down hill to unit. Path was steeper than anticipated.
