"This very small two-bedroom home met our needs well. The home is older but renovated with some new touches and a few quirks. Rustic bedrooms, which we wish had more than one power outlet each. Excellent kitchen. We didn't love the position of the stairs immediately outside the bathroom door and would recommend some additional updates (ex. making the jacuzzi tub usable and replacing the missing shower door with another door instead of a curtain). "Excellent location very responsive host. The only thing that was inaccurate in the listing was the total of bedrooms. On the listing it has eight bedrooms and unfortunately, this place only has five bedrooms and one out of the five bedrooms is a child’s room so it won’t sleep two people comfortably.our group was 6 couples and it was hard to deal with bedroom arrangements. The property lacked maintenance overall. Will definitely rent again in the future but only maximum 4 couples. "

"We stayed at Amy’s cottage/home for 3 nights in August 2024 with our friends and all our kiddos. We had the best time. The cottage was layed out perfectly, with the big dining area and living room. "The day was good very good. Getting around to shopping antique stores et cetera including Lake Simcoe very easy and convenient. Our host was simply amazing and her horses the same if you get a chance to visit with them it’s worthwhile and just loved her dog Dodge. No complaints here at all"

"This apartment was perfect for our most recent trip to Innisfil. Right on the water, the area is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is comfortable, extremely clean, with soothing decorations, all new appliances, and everything we needed while we were away from home. The hosts are extremely nice and very responsive, check in and check out were easy.We're already planning our next trip to the area, and if it's available, we would definitely want to stay at this location again."

"it is a scam nobody came to let us in or give us an entry code this has happened to others this property should not be listed. Now I have to try to get my money back. Expedia and Vrbo you should be ashamed. Thanks to you our weekend was a disaster. Will be thinking twice before using either of again and will spread the word about this. Social media here I come. The home was perfect for the guys to have a bonding weekend with our kids ice fishing.The home was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and relaxing after a long day on the ice. "This location provided for a dream vacation away from reality. There are actually 4 bedrooms instead of just the 2 that are listed. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and had more than enough dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The macrame chairs overlooking the water are perfect for relaxing and the beds are all comfortable. We enjoyed the board games and puzzles as well. Would definitely book again!"
