The room was very nice and the wait staff at breakfast was exceptional!

I've stayed here several times, this was the worst by far. I always message ahead to keep me away from elevators and the first floor so I can get a good night's rest. When I checked in, my room was literally next to the BAR AND LOBBY on the first floor. The young man that was at the front desk tried to fix it and I was moved to a room on the second floor that solved the noise, but was so small, it lacked even a desk and was small and cramped and obviously not the room I had booked. I will give him kudos for trying, but no manager reached out to help or even attempt to make up for this wretched stay on a business trip. If they didn't have the room request I wanted, Hilton could have just been honest and let me know. I'm still waiting for Hilton to make any effort to fix this. Give Amari some credit, he is the only person on staff who tried to make a difference and apologized several times.
