"I would not change a thing about the property"

"Listen... Lina in the office was INCREDIBLE. She deserves both sides of her pillow being cold every night. HOWEVER....... When we got there, the first night, we were told our room was damaged by guests prior and we needed to switch rooms for the night, which is understandable. We were even upgraded for that night and got the 3 bedroom cottage which was amazing. "For the location and the price, you simply can’t beat it! There are tons of stores within walking distance. You can see the beach from the parking lot. All of the staff were super helpful and funny. Honestly if you’re looking for something economical, but still nice, I would highly suggest it. It is a little further away from the main casinos on the strip, but I love driving along the coast, so that was fun to me. "No TV service When I arrived the room was boiling hot. Breakfast has very few items to choose from. The motel is old, but is kept neat and clean. Overall, it's an ok stay for the price."

"Customer service was absolutely horrible. Fellow by the name of Jordan was so rude. He screamed at my husband about the parking and we eventually called the authorities. I also have a video of him threatening to put us off the property for trespassing. I asked him “do you treat all of your customers this way?” Will never stay again."

"Great hotel the only issue was they don’t have actual blankets on the beds. They only have thicker sheets. I froze at night because of it. Also most of their parking is in the back of the hotel. This wouldn’t normally be a problem unless it’s raining and you have to walk in the pouring rain because of it. They don’t have a back entrance and that really sucks."
