"The elevators and walkways could be cleaner and the trash kept outdoors to avoid the bad odors but other than this is was a fantastic place and I will stay again!"

"The a/c was cold and the house was clean . We love the location and ease of getting to the beach. Only thing I would have changed would have been being able to use the closets in the king bedrooms. Other than that the place is amazing. We love the huge porch with ocean views. "

"We stayed here for a girls trip & it was the perfect spot. Short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors, & 10 min drive to restaurants. We loved the karaoke machine & open layout of the main living area. It was also nice to have the shaded area under the house to hang out & visit. "

"The place was clean and as avertised. Everything worked and plenty of space for everyone. Location is great as in its a bit private and close to the water with a great view off the balcony. We had a great time and the golf cart rental that came with the place made it even better. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Big house with a huge number of beds. Half a block walk to the beach, and from the deck there is an unobstructed view of sand and water. Quiet part of the peninsula, but you're likely bringing a big enough group to keep you busy!Grill is in bad shape with rust, and the springs are failing on the big couch in the living room, but there are plenty of places to sit and the rest of the property was well-maintained. Beds were surprisingly comfortable, loads of outdoor seating on decks and below....
