"Very nice vibe here, it's everything you'd expect in this price range. Great water pressure in the shower, excellent breakfast included, beautiful architecture and landscaping. The hummingbirds out front seem to like it as much as we did, they were very vocal but not obnoxious. Quiet and calm and the Rutherford Grill has great food a few steps away. "

Staff were very friendly, they even included a complimentary upgrade with our room and brought champagne to our room for my wife’s birthday. "Outstanding reception with good wines and a strong sense of the hotel’s history. Cookies and wine at 2 pm, and a whiskey reception at 8 pm. We were upgraded to a better room and given an extended checkout. Cozy and clean room with excellent décor. Will definitely be back."
