    Located in the heart of Beaufort’s prestigious Old Point neighborhood, this beautifully restored historic home offers a rare opportunity to experience the charm and elegance of the Lowcountry. Built in the late 1800s, the home is rich in character and history and is ideally situated just three short blocks from Waterfront Park, as well as Beaufort’s downtown shops, art galleries, restaurants, and attractions.

    The home has been thoughtfully and fully restored, blending historic details with modern comfort. Features include a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, limestone tile, heart pine floors, and a curated collection of unique antiques sourced from Bali and Indonesia.

Wonderful! Plenty of room for our family and wonderful location. The three dedicated parking spots were also a plus! Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Location is The Best

My first trip to Beaufort, loved it! This house is in a perfect, perfect, perfect location. Walkable to downtown, in historic Beaufort. It was cloudy and cold during our stay, but if weather had been better, the house has a great private backyard with 2 tables, also numerous porches.

The house was just beautiful:). My family and I truly enjoyed the location and the uniqueness of the property. We wish we spent more time in the house and in the area but most time was spent on Parris Island! We would have really enjoyed staying longer to explore the area and enjoy the house more. Perfect family wedding, perfect house

We loved this house! It was perfect for us. We had plenty of room, the location was amazing, and it felt like home! When we had questions, the owners were quick to respond and take care of our concerns. The back yard was a mood all by itself and we loved sitting out back in the morning with coffee and conversation. Thank you for a great SC experience!

Girls Trip

There were 7 of us on our girls trip to Beaufort. We were celebrating 30 years playing “Bunco” together! The property was perfect! Perfect for our family

We were in Beaufort to see our new Marine graduate from Parris Island. This house was perfect for us with the multiple bathrooms, bedrooms and lots of space. The younger children loved the back yard, too. We didn't get to explore much of Beaufort as we were busy with Marine activities, which just gives us a reason to return in the future!

"Girls" Trip

I live here in beautiful Beaufort but could not accommodate 9 of my dear college friends. This house on the Old Point was perfect for 10 ladies in their 70's. Large kitchen, dining, and gathering room - not to mention the porches. Comfy beds for all and plenty of parking. The location was fabulous. The host answered all our questions promptly. Highly recommend for visitors to our special town!
