"Everyone was so friendly! Very well-kept property. Comfortable beds. Amazing views, in walking distance to local restaurants and shops."

"The breakfast was very good, with hot options everyday, fresh fruit. Great bar and the food on the menu was very good. Having stayed over 2 weeks, the cleaning of the room was lacking. The toilet was only wiped down while the bowl was not cleaned, same with the shower, lots of hard water on the shower head, shower head only has one setting and the spray flooded the bathroom, bed was made everyday but the garbage was not taken out everyday. Most of the staff was friendly and helpfull"

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."

"This hotel is really a motel. The photos and description did not begin to compare to the actual property. There were stains on both bedspreads, the bathroom tub/shower toilet were badly stained. The room was so disgusting we checked out 15 minutes after checking in, and decided to find other accommodations, which was difficult. The exterior room entrances were not safe. Do not stay at this property unless you're desperate."

"Hotel is a bit dated, breakfast was below average with very limited healthy options, but biggest issue was the noise. Lots of contractors staying here started leveling from 04:30 and then it was constant banging of doors till 07:00"

"I always stay here when I visit Atlantic Beach. Being pet friendly is a huge plus the dogs love the place too. The proximity to the beach is phenomenal. The quiet at night is also very relaxing and it is only minutes to various restaurants. Will plan many more visits in the future."

"Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up."
