Barely slept. It was our worst stay in Ireland and don't recommend it. I asked the front desk for a reduced rate because we were woken up every hour in the night with people yelling in the hallways and they said "a manager would get back to me" That never happened. "Loved this stop, it was our favorite hotel of a 2 week trip. Great food, staff, & scenery. Do yourself a favor, skip staying right downtown and stay here for the R&R. Very easy transport or bike ride to downtown Killarney"

And on the last day some guests helped themselves to some of our stuff, not fun. We dropped by the pub Saturday night and the musicians were very talented, playing traditional Irish music that had me toe-tapping. My main suggestion is about food because I am Celiac and need gluten-free options. The options were limited, and I would have liked to have a small fridge in the room for food I keep with me because of the limited menu options I often am...

"At first, we were placed into a handicapped room which we did not request. Clearly, the property has undergone a renovation recently, and the chemical smell from both the carpeting and paint was incredibly toxic."
