"Check in and staff were awesome! Room was very clean to my liking, The only thing I'd say pay attention to would be the shears they might need to be washed from being dragged from opening to closing. The breakfast was included and it had a variety which I appreciate it, and the front area was also clean and it had a very pleasant smell throughout the building."

"Was there for a festival. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Older but very clean, private, quiet property. Beautiful stream in the back and the grounds are well kept and well lighted. Would totally book here again."

"The pools were the big hit for the kids, and the hot tub for the parents. The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. Can't say enough about them. Unfortunately the "claw" games were a big hit for the kids as well."

"Very nice stay with only one minor thing - the shower curtain was too short and bumping it at all during a shower created a giant puddle on the floor. Other than that, very nice!"

"Very convenient location while visiting Michigan Adventure. The front desk lady was very friendly and caring. Walking distance to Mcdonald and the gas station. Right off the highway,which was nice too. Definitely a quiet location with friendly staff."

"You can't beat the quality for the price, and it was a relatively safe area. I would not recommend a woman staying here alone, but a family with a man, or a man solo would be safe. The hotel is under new ownership, and they are trying to make it better, which is awesome, but it takes time."

"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as a little getaway. The cottage was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable as well. There was a strong smell of what we think must be burnt popcorn in the kitchenette area. It wasn’t unbearable though. The kitchenette had everything you would need to cook a small meal which was nice. The disposable coffee cups were so nice to have so we could take a coffee to-go. It was also nice to have some vanilla coffee creamers. It was nice that there were...
