"A great property for 6 to 8 people! Super clean, a very cool floor and spiral staircase on the main level, beautiful views, timely communication with hosts and the hot tub is a lovely treat at the end of a busy day. Having 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms is amazing and so convenient! We had everything we needed here from towels to a fully stocked kitchen. We did bring an air mattress rather than using the fold out couch, but thay was just our personal preference. If you like to sleep with...

"Thank you for the excellent conditions and prompt accommodation! We felt very welcomed and truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. Just a small suggestion: the bed might benefit from a quick check, as it tends to squeak slightly with movement.Highly recommended!"

"Excellent few days staying a Ned's Landing!!!"

"Great place. Plenty of space. There were 4 of us adults and could have easily accommodated more. Large space. Outside on deck, BBQ and all utensils you need, sit back and enjoy the view of the water and boats. Absolutely beautiful! Lawn chairs and fire pit to use. Could not ask for anything more!"

"Property is very well maintained and the gardens are pristine and functional with edible herbs and veggies. It is a walk to the nearby beach at Sally’s Point so plan for comfortable shoes, bug spray, and long sleeves/ pants when you cross the grassy area. Mosquitos were plentiful and hungry, but lots of pollinators too, so I’d rather plan for mosquitos than see areas sprayed. Apartment was well supplied and clean. Host was super friendly and other staff were great. "

"The renovated church was by far one of the best places i’ve stayed at. The multi- kitchen and living rooms made for plenty of space to relax and spend time. Each bedroom was beautiful, with each bathroom being just as new and updated. I loved the open design of the place, but also being able to have couples have their own space. The host was ideal to communicate with and always answered fast, as well as helpfully. Would love to go back again "

"Beautiful home with more than enough room for two families. The massive screen room is amazing! We also loved the size of the dining table to accommodate everyone. There is everything you need in the kitchen, including oil and spices and Tupperware for those beach trip lunches! Would not hesitate to stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mink Basin Cottage. This was once a family homestead of ours, and it was truly special to revisit and relive some cherished memories. The hosts were amazing—thoughtful and welcoming—and even surprised our children with some toys as we were leaving."

"We chose this site as it is close to where we were working. However, the sunrises and sunsets at this location and in a beautiful room full of windows were gorgeous!! It would be a neat place to stay for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is also nice and all utensils we needed were there to prepare individual meals or shared meals for the four of us!!"
