"This hotel was perfectly suited to our needs. A very pleasant stay! "

"The check in was easy. The room was clean. There was a mini fridge, microwave and a small coffee pot. Looks like the rooms were all recently updated. The bathroom was super cute. The pool was nice and refreshing. The breakfast was make your own waffles, donuts, cereals, apples, bananas and oranges, oatmeal, coffee and juices. Definitely would stay again!"

"Disappointing that the hotel was not carrying the Fox or Telemundo coverage of the World Cup. The hotel staff was embarrassed and said we should ask the corporate owners why that was the case. In addition, our room was not ready until 40 minutes after check in. We didn't really mind until we couldn't watch the World Cup games in the hotel bar. Otherwise, this is a nice property with staff doing their best to support customers."

"It was overall fairly clean, but our room had an “off” smell. The swimming pool deck paint was peeling and stuck to our feet. I also called ahead to see if they had extra cots for kids and they said yes, they would put one in our room. When I checked in they said they didn’t have anything. Pretty frustrating."

"Needs a deep clean underneath the surface like the walls could be wiped down but wasnt too dirty though. Chris the maintenance guy tried hitting on my wife which he needs fired from the place. The room was nice beds and comfy. The shower was nice and hot water instantly and clean towels. It was quiet at nights and the pool was amazing, they should put some pool toys for guest though just a thought. The parking was great, you can park right in front of your room. You can hangout right outside of...

"Did not have towels in our room after we gave them our used ones, went to the desk to get more and they said sorry I only have hand towels and wash clothes, so we had to dry off with hand towels. The carpet is very dirty, must put shoes on asap you get out of the shower or your feet will be dirt."

"This hotel is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and Splash Lagoon. It’s only about 20 minutes from Presque Isle beaches. Our one big complaint is there’s no ramp or handicap access at the one end. We had to lift our luggage and other belongings over the curb. We were able to, but we saw an elderly couple having problems and went and helped them. That should be done immediately in my book!"
