We got a suite without air conditioning and slept like in a sauna because they had no rooms, a big disappointment for what we paid, the next day we had to split up as a family and children and it ruined our trip.

Great stay.

The Royal Blue upgrade is definitely worth it and remains our recommendation. Unfortunately, this stay was not as good as previous visits.We were given a different room than the one we had booked without being informed at check-in, and only after several visits to reception was this acknowledged and compensated.We also had an unpleasant experience at the beach. A beach staff member assigned us two sunbeds that had been unused for more than 45 minutes. Later, we were publicly and loudly accused of taking someone else's beds, despite staff confirming they had been given to us. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and not what you expect from a premium resort.In the end, we chose to spend the rest of the day elsewhere. A luxury experience is not just about facilities—it's about service, communication, and how guests are treated when issues arise. Unfortunately, this visit fell short of those expectations.
