"Very nice, clean room. Seemed to be recently renovated. Grounds need upkeep. Two separate buildings: one for registration, other for rooms. Three floors for rooms, no elevator. Hot July weather during our stay, needed ice. Bucket in hand and three flights of stairs, I found one ice machine for the entire building. No ice. Empty bucket in hand, down the slope to the front office, machine needs repair, call has been placed. Return trek, tap water. Poor."

"An absolutely beautiful property and staff were incredibly kind and helpful! We had a late arrival and the two young gentlemen were waiting at the dock and they helped my sister and I with all our bags. The entire property was very clean and there were incredible views of the water and golf course. Looking forward to returning!"

"I stayed in a beautiful, tastefully renovated 1 bedroom loft in the best part of Old Port with my teenage daughter. The block was lively and we had the best views of it but what was interesting was how quiet our place remained. I didn't need to rent a car as everything we could possibly need was in walking distance. There is an abundance of art and food in this area. Things are very quick to get to. Even the airport was about a 15 minute uber. I highly recommend the Docent if you are looking...

"The property is in a great location and at first seemed fine but after being there for a few days I noticed a few things - the sink in both the bathroom and the kitchen did not drain well (the bathroom sink actually took hours to drain), the faucet in the kitchen leaked and there living room was not cleaned thoroughly when we checked in. The bed was also very uncomfortable. I think this is a good place if you want to stay a day or so but not great for extended stay. They also do not provide...

New beds in the hallways looking through the door trying to find someone they don’t even have a front desk because it’s being remodeled. I’m ok with the remodel but what I will not tolerate is being scammed by the hotel for saying they have rooms and selling through Expedia when clearing they don’t have rooms...

"Only 4 rooms that were having A/C problems. Of course we had one the rooms. If the A/C isn’t working, why continue to reserve the rooms and not just fix the A/C??? Front desk attendant Dennecia was wonderful and was able to get us moved for our last night in Portland. She made the experience enjoyable. She did as much as she could. Just not sure why the hotel couldn’t fix the A/C in the rooms with KNOWN issues."
