We did stay a week in Copenhagen in the wide hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, the breakfast is rather medium some of the staff members are super nice some rather unhelpful. The room was spacious and the balcony nice. The room service was very inconsistent, in time they come quality of cleaning. Very little space to store clothing and the ironing board was ridiculously dirty. The breakfast staff was very polite and nice, the room is nevertheless too small to be shared inbetween 4 hotels
