"I paid for a lake view, but got something else. Very disappointing and the staff person was not gracious about the discrepancy. He also did not explain a few things clearly -- including what was included in the "Urban Fee" that I did not know I had to pay. The Expedia fine print says that there may be such a fee, so I cannot complain about that (although it was irritating and I was surprised). "Staff was nice Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it AC was fine Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them. One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator. This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents"

"We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area."

"Very expensive and we didn’t receive the Marriott member amenities. There was coffee but no cups. You had to pay for breakfast - the room for one night was over $400 and there was an additional charge of $29 for parking. I do not know if we will be coming back."

"Perfectly nice stay for a night in Burlington, with convenient laundry facilities. The 2 queen suite was divided into two fairly small separate rooms with a door in between (bedroom/bath and kitchen/living area) so you can get some privacy from your travel companion."
