Beautiful new bathroom complete with a glass walk-in shower. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness.

This spacious room features a king-sized bed and a smart TV, creating an inviting retreat for comfort.

Discover the Charm of this home , surrounded by historic Victorian homes. Conveniently located one block from the beach and a short stroll to downtown attractions, Bay Village, the Amusement/Water Park, theater, shopping, charming eateries, and more. Enjoy the delightful porch and free concerts on Wednesdays.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

Guests are required to authorize a security deposit hold (not a charge) in the amount of $1,000 for the duration of their stay. The hold will be kept active from two days before arrival until three days after departure. Assuming there's no damage, the hold will be automatically released.
Guest access
You may use backyard for grilling and eating. Comfortable front porch is for you to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drinks as well as free Wed night concerts in the park. Two outside showers are available for rinsing off after the beach.
Other things to note
The owners do not allow guests book the property if they are under the age of 25 .

Free parking is available on the street.

2 outdoor showers available to rinse off after the beach.

Please remember to bring your bed linens, towels, beach towels and chairs.

Beach badges may be borrowed during your visit with a $50 deposit cash per badge. This will be promptly returned to you, when the badges are physically returned to us.
